Anyone been to Hawaii

We are going to Hawaii for our honeymoon and are trying to decide which island to visit. We are definate on Kauai because we want to experience the lush, tropical greenery you expect with Hawaii, but are having difficulty choosing between Maui and Oahu for the other islands to visit. Oahu does seem crowded and urban, but we want to see Pearl Harbor and of course there are other things to do. Maui I'm confident is very beautiful as well as having numerous things to do. However, are Maui and Kauai so similar that we should do Oahu and Kauai? Keep in mind we are not into water sports. Our interests are relaxing on a beautiful beach, gazing at the ocean and the scenery, taking long walks on the beach, hiking, drives in a convertible, a luau, sightseeing on a scooter perhaps, shopping. I'd appreciate any advice. We were going to see all 3, but alot of people say that's too much for 12 days. Thank you!
