Anyone been involved in a 'bar' fight?

Figure if we are doing the jail one, we might as well do this....

When I was in college in Germany, a group of us (about 10/evenly split 5 girl/5 guys) were having dinner at an inn while traveling.

We were minding our own business, when the group at the next table, same amt., same configuration, started to make disparaging remarks about Americans, their sense of entitlement, etc. It got really nasty: the girls kept whispering, 'ignore them' and putting their hands on the guys arms. Finally something really awful was said and all the guys stood up as one.....and let the games begin...

We stood aside (girls) until they realized that the American guys were really beating the socks off their guys and ran in and jumped on our fellas back. We piled on....

A chicken flew across the room.....she had just been roasted.

We never paid for any damages, as we didn't start the fight and many of the other patrons (all non-Americans) said that the other table incited the brawl....
