Anyone Watch Parenthood?

The story with Haddie (sp?) and her boyfriend. The boyfriend punched a guy at a party and is now being charged with assualt. What bothers me about that story - why aren't the parents being charged with having a party with alcohol! those kids were drunk and in high school. around here, that is punishable by law.
