Anyone See Jerz-Girl?

I was just watching Mob Wives, and for some reason I thought of Jerz-Girl. I realized I haven't seen her for quite a while. A few months ago she was posting many, many photos of her gorgeous granddaughter, and now, nothing.

I hope she and the baby are okay.
