Hi all....

Being the seafood gal that I am, I got some big 'ole shrimp and will pan sear them with Old Bay seasoning and fresh herbs; then put on top of a big bowl of romaine lettuce. Simple dressing with ev olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon, s & p. Adding some sliced red peppers, tomatoes, cukes, etc.

I passed the fresh bread aisle, but one of these days {#emotions_dlg.sneaky}.....

I don't have a "meat and potatoes" guy to feed, but if I did, meatloaf and garlic mashed, and of course a veggie!
