Anyone Here File With H&R Block Online?

I almost finished doing my taxes and I got an e-mail to finish it. So I hit the button to continue and my it asks for a code that they send you via e-mail so I put in the code and it keeps saying the code doesn't match. I have done this at least 5 times and eveytime I put in the code that they say me it doesn't work.It is a priavcy code. Has anyone have this problem?
