I just found out my cat Louis has diabetes. After some tests, my vet says he will need daily injections. I am taking Louis back to the vet office this week to get more info, meds and learn how to do injections.
I am worried about how things are going to go. My vet said that diabetic cats can do well, but that it's a lot of work. I'm willing to do the work. How could I not?
Do any of you have diabetic cats? I would love to hear some personal experiences, preferably ones with good outcomes.
Thanks.
