Anyone Ever Order from Aliexpress?

I just heard of Aliexpress. Supposedly it is kind of like eBay or Amazon, but it looks like a lot of cheap Chinese junk from a quick look at it. They claim they have some Joan Rivers jewelry, but the prices seem too unbelievable. Do they have anything worth buying? Thanks for any input!
