I finally got through to Nordstrom's on Facebook Messenger and they got back to me and said they couldn't find any activity on my account. Phew.

I spent waaaay too much time on the 12th (sale opener) for an order I thought went through but was questionable and ended up not going through. I thought I loved Nordstrom- now not so much. I’m over it

I got an email on the first Thursday of the sale. I think that was the first presale day for those who spend under 10k a year. Those over 10k got to shop it the day before. Anyway, it was an apology email for issues they were having. And I don't think it got any better, either online or in store. It seems to have been quite a mess this time around.
