Do you wash the mask daily?  Do you use a mild soap when you wash it?  I read an article that talked about the irritation that some people are having and the article said don't wash the masks often enough.  They compared masks to underwear, you should change the mask daily.  We use disposable medical masks for short trips and K95's when we are going to be out for longer periods of time.

I wear a mask for a minimum of 4 hours twice a week (while I'm in dialysis and while they're setting me up.taking me off). Sometimes I wear a disposable, sometimes a cloth mask. Have never had a rash, thank goodness! And sorry for all those that do.
