I am at my wits end. I apologize in advance for the rambling. A few months ago I was dx'd with a sinus infection. So, I did antibiotics (first time in 12 years) and it cleared. I had some additional nasal issues. My MD sent me to an ENT specialist. I didn't like him. He "froze" my nose and looked up it. Said some thing's weren't the way they should be..etc...Gave me nasal steroids and some type of allergy pill, maybe allegra-D. Anyway, the steroids burned my nose. When I say burn, I mean, wore down the inside of my nose raw. So, I went back to the MD on Friday. She said no more steroids (I stopped a week ago) but I had to take an allergy pill. The one she gave me made me drain so bad I woke up in the middle of the night choking. I tried Zyrtec today (took it last night) and I am "loopy". I hate this. I can't concentrate in my Pilate's class, and than goodness my boss understands, or I would be in serious trouble.

I do not want to be on allergy medication all of my life. I gave up dairy. This is week three. I washed blankets, curtains, everything I could in hot water. I feel worse than when this started. My question is, have anyone tried anything that is unconventional but helps? Acupuncture? I really am willing to do anything. I can't live my life in a fog, and I can't stop working out because I don't feel well. Any advice is appreciated.
