Yesterday I fell for the 90% off deal they offered for gift certs to any restaurant that is listed..............didn't spend a lot but received a great education to impulsive buying....you'd think by now I would learn.

Bought 4 certs and found that the "terms and conditions" for that particular restaurant are not fully disclosed upon purchasing. For one that I bought, the restaurant offers carry out and dine in but only upon printing out the cert does it specifically tell you that this is a dine in only offer.

I did call/e-mail for a refund only to find out no refunds are given (should of read their terms and conditions) but restaurant.com did offer a change to any other restaurant so I guess that will suffice.

In summary, this 90% off deal was for 1 day only and got all wrapped up in getting "a deal" that I didn't fully read the websites terms and conditions but I don't agree with their deceptive practices of not fully disclosing the terms and conditions of the restaurants' requirements.
