Re: Anybody Going to Go to the Dentist When They Re-Open?

Yes. My 4/20 cleaning appt has been rescheduled for 5/28, and unless I'm sick or have an elevated temp then, I plan to go.

Yes; I have a cleaning scheduled some time in May.  If they' are open, I'm going.

I already have a cleaning scheduled in June so I sure hope I can keep it.  I just love going to the dentist! Heart

Re: Anybody Going to Go to the Dentist When They Re-Open?

My dad's cleaning was canceled, which is vital given his situation, and now I've developed a tooth ache.  I can't get a basic problem with my dad taken care of because the specialists are all closed.

Re: Anybody Going to Go to the Dentist When They Re-Open?

 I have to go.  The lower left molar in back broke in half last week.  I'm not sure it there is enough tooth left for a crown or if I will have to have an implant.  Hope it is the crown route.  My stimulus check will be for this tooth to be repaired and if it is an implant it'll be a lot more than the stimulus check, but I'm grateful for the stimulus check to help out.

Re: Anybody Going to Go to the Dentist When They Re-Open?

I've had a rear molar problem since mid-January.  What a time to have tooth/mouth pain.  My mouth has been hurting since being worked on over a month ago, and I just went back this past week to have it checked.  They are befuddled.

I am ready to have my molar yanked out I am so sick of being in pain.  At this point I could care less about catching a virus, I just don't want my mouth to keep hurting.

I cannot get a 2nd opinion from anyone, because no one wants to take on a new patient at this time.  This is el stinko.  Woman Sad

@Anonymous032819

Thank you for giving me yet another thing to add to the growing list of things I’m unlikely to ever feel comfortable doing again. Going to the dentist never bothered me before but I might never go again. Good thing I’ve got good teeth. They better stay that way.

Re: Anybody Going to Go to the Dentist When They Re-Open?

Our dentists cancelled our appoinments till further notice here. All of our Drs cancelled our appts except my pain Dr (for chronic back issues for 19 years) is open! I had 2 phone visits (and was billed 200 for each!) But I must be seen in May and I DREAD going. The waiting room is tiny. I told them to call me in my car when the Drs ready because I am NOT sitting in that small waiting room around people! If they don't do it, I'm leaving and going home!

@wismiss    Do you actually chew on that tooth?   I have quite a few implants and would NOT consider doing it on a back molar.    Just my personal view, tho.   di
