Although I don't consider myself vegan, I've been cooking vegan meals a lot lately. I have vastly cut down on my consumption of meat and other animal products (dairy and eggs). I must say that I feel really, really good eating this way, and when I do have cheese or meat, it feels really heavy in my stomach.

I have found lots of yummy vegan recipes that even have a lot of protein. I have even found good vegan cupcake and dessert recipes that rival the regular stuff.

Anyone here have long-term experience being a vegan?
