Received a zink happy+ printer for Christmas, but I can't figure out how to get photos from LG smartphone to happy+. Went to their website and have left message with customer service, still no solution. Can anyone help guide me? By the way, help feature on the printer does not work either. I looked at videos on the website but they do not cover LG/android phone.

I am!!! You have to down load the Android app, on the google play store. I actually use my Zink with my iPad. With the app, you can share the photos on your phone with the zink, and in the designing of a sticker you would select a picture. When you download the app, there are tutorials in the software. Good luck, also try youtube, that is always a great place for tutorials. Good luck

Thanks for the response. If you are speaking of downloading the zink happy app then I did that when I set it up. But the links to the tutorials in the app don't work. They say it is an unsecured app and kicks me right back to start up page or freezes. Is there a different app to download? The FAQs on Zink's website only deal with iPhones or iPads. Thanks again for trying to help.

When I first received my Happy, the app did not work. It was doing as you described. I called their customer service and they were awesome. They reworked the app and I haven't had any problems since. Try reinstalling your app. I am designing stickers now. Making my Grandma brag book. That is why I had not answered you. I have a new grandson. Good luck.
