Another update of my son ...

I just wanted to post another update on my son who will be graduating from college on April 29th. I previously posted that he gave me the best Christmas present ever -- that he was admitted into Harvard Law School. Well, he received a phone call yesterday from the Dean of Admissions at Yale and he has also been admitted into Yale! He applied to the top 10 law schools in the country and has received admittances into every one that he applied to (but we are still waiting for the last one and that is Stanford). He is really beside himself now. He said his choice is between Yale and Harvard but will decide to go wherever he receives the most financial aid.

He is going to Harvard's "Admitted Students Weekend" on March 11th.

He also received spectacular news last week -- he is a Finalist for the Truman Scholarship. His interview will be in Atlanta this coming Friday.

I am so proud of my son. I keep telling him to be proud of his accomplishments. I don't really think that it has sunk in with him yet as to what he has done.

Graduating college a full year early with 2 degrees (Political Science and Creative Writing); being a Rhodes Scholar nominee; a Truman Scholar finalist; scoring a 171 on his LSAT exam; admitted into the top 10 law schools. All I can say is WOW!

Thank you all for letting me brag on him some more!!!
