I got an alert from Amazon today thanking me for a computer I had ordered in the amount of 1786.00.Smiley Surprised It said "Dear Customer"...my first clue it was a scam. The email then said the date it would be delivered...even had the right city...but not my name. The email prompted me if I had any questions to call a (This) number...or if I wished to cancel here is a "convenient" link to click on to cancel.Woman Tongue

 

I went straight to Amazon to see if an order had been placed for that item and amount...nothing showed where I had made that order. I then called Amazon to make darn sure... they assured me there had been no order made on my account for a computer. I never click on links...I go straight to google etc. and check on the correct site to check out my accounts.
