So far we've only had a dusting of snow (yesterday) in central PA. That's after a prediction of 12 to 18 inches; then downgraded to 6 to 9 inches; then downgraded to 2 to 5 inches. Is the weather that hard to predict?

Today, it's cloudy and very cold. 12 degrees right now with a real feel of 7. Tonight we're supposed to have record breaking temps at minus 7 ... and this is March. Friday is supposed to be mid 40s and rain. Well, at least we're getting closer to spring -- 18 days and counting.
