Another delivery issue

I ordered 2 pair of capris that were on a buy one get a discount on the second one deal from the Q. They are listed on order status under the same order # and appear to have been shipped together. One pair arrived on Friday but not the other pair and the ones I got need to go back as they don't fit. Problem - the pair I got have no reciept with them - I'm assuming it is in the other pair and UPS has the status of both pairs as delivered. I called customer service and they said I have to wait about 14 days before they will track the other pair.I surely hope the other pair are delivered tomarrow. I would have liked to refuse delivery on the second pair but apparently they have the paperwork in with them so I'll have to pay to return both pairs.
