I may buy 5 or 6 things a year. Haven't bought anything this year. I may use the coupons. Seems like they want my business back.

In 2022 I bought 12 items, none more than $40, and returned 2.  So far this year I bought 1 item.  Don't know how QVC chooses who gets a coupon but I certainly am not a big spender here. Not even sure what I'll use the coupon for.  Maybe more wine!!! LOL!!!

I am a pretty good customer and I have NEVER gotten a coupon! Kinda makes me wonder why some get them and some don't!

I've been a customer since DAY 1 and spent A LOT of $$$$ with them.  I've NEVER received a coupon.  For my birthday,  they used to send Easy Pay.   Can't they see I'm NOT an EP user?  Nice of them to remember but useless to me.  A coupon or free shipping would have been more appreciated and used.

I wonder how they pick and choose who gets these coupons.

@Mindy D Not true.  My monthly statement from the Q said I purchased 14 items in January and I know that I purchased more in February. 

No coupons here.

Snail mail.  I have never received a coupon from QVC in my email although I have from other retailers.
