@OznellYou are quite right.
I remember thinking during the coronation at that moment when William pleged to the king that it seemed like William was saying. "I'm right behind you dad We, got this." and that's what brought the change in Charles.

Anybody notice while on the balcony he always talked to that young boy that was on his right. Young boy never said much. Wonder whose son he is ?
Inside Edition had lip readers reading charles while he was sitting in the golden coach and he was upset because William and family wasn't in their carriage yet and he couldn't begin his ride to Balmoral until they got situated.
They kept him waiting, but, as somebody said they had to corral 3 kids and get them on the ball. Me thinks Charles is short tempered and used to being in control.
LOL
Guess he didn't like sitting there while everybody was
staring at him and photographers was having a field day. He looked 'put out'. LOL
I read that actually Charles and Camilla arrived early and that the Wales' were not late. Semantics i guess.
Also, Balmoral is a towne in Scotland where the royal summer at their castle and where the Queen passed away. The proccession was from Buckingham Palace to Wesminster Abbey

Yep, they were waiting to go to Buckingham Palace
guess I was thinking about Balmoral for some reason.
Whether he was kept longer by George and his lot
or he bought on himself he did look put out. LOL

@SharkE , Nigel Farage interviewed Ingrid Seward who is editor-in-chief of Majesty Magazine (and she has also written several books about the British Royal Family). Ingrid Seward said that King Charles' carriage was supposed to arrive at Westminster Abbey at 10:53 but it ended up getting there 5 minutes early at 10:48. It doesn't sound like Charles should have been upset with William and family - Charles probably didn't know his carriage had arrived 5 minutes ahead of schedule.

I love the British Pomp and Circumstance. Nobody does it better than they do. It's good to know history and tradition are still alive and well someplace!

Which leg is that one and where is the other one??
Nice generational picture although I would like a robe that stopped at the stair.
If he's comfortable he wouldn't be asking me anyway.😀
