Annoying so called "Friends."

How do you get rid of them?

Really, I could use some advice on avoiding a woman who is involved in some of my social groups. Do I need to give up the groups to avoid this pest?

Just got a phone call from her, with her babble, and listened.. trying and hoping for a different out come but she push me over the edge again.

Help!!!
