Ever since the couple moved next door to our home, the husband is the type who is ALWAYS outside, running power equipment, hammering, hoarding wood and assorted debris around the perimeter of his property - just being a general nuisance. Since we had a mild winter this year, he has been outside everyday all year long - starting things and never finishing, but leaving his tools, buckets, boards, wires, bricks, etc...

He now had a stone patio put in off the back of their house, and he has installed loud speakers way in the back of his property near one of his wood houses and blasts music from the time he gets home until it gets dark. He does not play the music up near his house - it is played from the very back of his yard - LOUDLY - while he is drilling, dragging, or whatever the heck it is he is doing over there. The family does not use the patio - they are NEVER outside - only him.

I try to relax in the evenings with my programs and now I am hearing the constant bass thump of the music. He is so weird, I don't know how to deal with him. The neighbors on the other side of him are moving. We are in houses, not condos (thank goodness). I don't want to start anything with him, but at some point I am going to have to approach him about the loudness of the music he is blasting from the back of his yard. We can all hear it, not just him. What would you do?
