Animals sensing things and acting weird

I have 3 dogs, well, today my middle one, Mattie acted strange all day. She was very scared. And she would just shake sometimes. She ate, and drank but wanted to be basically on top of one of us all day. Not her usual self. Also, today I killed more flies in my house than I usually do all summer and all of the doors were shut, we went out a few times but we did not have a door or window open. And they were grown flies dh thought maybe they came in with a big bag of dog food that he brought home the other day. Mattie usually sleeps in the utility room in her bed, but the way she was acting, we took her to bed with us. So we are in bed watching the news, and low and behold, for the second New Years eve in a row, hundreds of Blackbirds have fallen out of the sky in Beebe, AR. We live in Ar, but not close to Beebe at all.
What do yall think??? All I know is if Mattie keeps acting weird I will take her to the vet Monday, just to make sure she isn't sick or something.
