Anika is 7 today

{#emotions_dlg.thumbup1} Anika is celebrating her 7th birthday today. She had her ears pulled 7 times this morning with one for good luck. (Remember when we did that to kids on their birthday?) Anika is our third keeshond and is a wonderful and loyal companion to Brodie and to us. She is a certified therapy dog and has visited a lot of people from age 3 to 103 in the last six years.

She'll get several bags of treats later on and I'll make her favorite ones with brown sugar and oatmeal. I have to make a trip to the store for Frosty Paws. Both dogs devour them, but don't get them very often. Today's a special treat and a special day.
