I do read reviews but I don't always take their advice.{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

It's directed by Rob Reiner.

The writer, Mark Andrus, also wrote two movies I really do like:

"As Good as It Gets" and "My Life as a House."

Both of those are films I've watched more than once. So I'm interested in seeing this new movie. Thanks for the review, circles!

It was just OK. not as good as the very similar plot line in ""As Good AS It Gets"" with Jack Nicholson

Oh circles, I hope you will rent "As Good As It Gets". It is a great film. The acting is fantastic in it. Of course Nicholson is always great but Greg Kinnear was wonderful also.

I haven't seen it, I probably won't see it in the movie theatre. It's not work a $12 ticket. But I'll watch it when it comes to cable.

Being in the age group who thought they would enjoy this movie, I along with two others saw this movie last week. I kept having to wake up one of my friends. Maybe we anticipated too much because of Michael Douglas and Diane Keaton, but we three we very disappointed. It moved at a snail's place, was quite boring with very strained acting by Michael Douglas. Not worth even the "senior" ticket price in our opinion.
