Just a shout out to let you know what a great, responsive company Amica is. Had a horrible hail storm yesterday. Between golf ball and tennis ball size hail. CS first wanted to make sure we were ok. Had an adjuster here at 12:30 today who was very professional and helpful. CS explained we can choose anyone we want to do the work and they will work with them. We went through this several years ago and got the same great service. Had hail damage on a vehicle years ago and they were amazing then as well. After listening to my neighbors complain about fighting with their companies, I'm so glad we chose them.

@brandiwine, I saw a previous post on the outstanding service Amica conducted from many. I am sick & tired of Geico raising my rates for no reason. I am now contacting Amica to transfer my current insurance with Geico. Thank you for validating this company!

Worked for Amica many years ago. They have always been a great insurance company. Very proper. We had to wear heals to work. Could change when we got there. Worked with a many really nice girls. Fond memories.

@brandiwine I’m glad you are okay. I’ve never been in hail that large but I’ve seen photos of the damage it can do. Glad your pleased with your insurance company and they were so prompt. Good luck.

Yes, exactly with me too. We have multiple cars and I saw a commercial about a multiple car discount. I have Geico and it's expensive. I'm glad oathers have tried Amica out first. I will at least compare it to what I have now. Even if we drive a car less then 200 miles a year we pay a high cost for it.

I’ve had AMICA since high school...and that was many years ago!

always great customer service.

My dad worked for them for his whole career!

I also have had our CAR,life and homeowners insurance with Amica for over 30 years. Always received great customer service.

I am so confused, Just did a online quote. Full coverage for 2 2012 cars, no tickets or accidents in 30 plus years. One 19 year old male driver, no accidents or tickets. 7k a year! Doing live chat with them now. Yup 7027 a year.
