I have a similar AMEX card and love it. As someone said they deal with disputes effectively.
I don't pay an annual fee, either.

My daughter has the Blue Card, she got a similar offer a while ago and it does offer various percentages back on purchases.

a few years ago I bought my bought my grandson an ipod with points for Christmas. Dec 29 he fell onto a pool at a party (we are in california) and it was ruined. I r eported ot to Amex and put in a claim. If you break, or have stolen a product bought with a card within 3 or 6 months, they replace it. And they did!!! By end of January the claim was complete and by first week on February he was sportin his new ipod. They were great!
We reported the damage.
Sent the damaged ipod to them
they examined it, deemed it not repairable
replaced it!!
my friend had an expensive camera she purchased with amex stolen at Sea World. She did report it to the office, she filed a loss report with Sea World. She had to wait so many days to see if it was returned. Then she gave report to amex.
replaced it. It took about 6 weeks
