I have used live chat most of the time too as have others here

to communicate with Amazon including instructions to driver where to leave packages or if he is not following the delivery instructions or anything.

 

Sometimes, if live chat is not being helpful (which also happens sometimes) use that number which yes is very hard to find-I had it saved on my phone but it is also the number that comes up when you search for "phone number for

Live chat really is the best and resolves things quickly and also you can leave a review on the delivery under your account and orders.

Hi @on the bay       I do have the Amazon customer service phone number and will give them a call as soon as  I can.    When I receive an email from Amazon informing me that my package has arrived I can click on "it was great" or "not so great" and then click on the reasons why.   I have done that numerous times.  I let them know when my instructions were not followed but nothing changes.   I wish I could send them a clip of a driver leaving my packages in the front and blantly lie about it.

@DrakesMomma    I tried using cis@amazon.com.  This is the message I received:

 

"Hello from Amazon,

You've written to an address that does not accept incoming direct e-mails, but we have provided links to help answer some common questions."    I won't list the links.

I did a live chat with Amazon yesterday.  The representative was very helpful and had me send the doorbell camera chip of the driver blatantly ignoring my delivery instructions.  They are looking into it.
