I've been trying to find an email address (preferable) or some way to communicate with them. I hate the little guy (in my mind) who asks me questions but never the right ones. I've gone to every place on amazon they told me to check but it's not what I want. Is there ANY way to talk to these people or communicate? Thanks for any help.

This is what I found using Google.

To contact Amazon's customer service by email, you can use this email address: cis@amazon.com.

There were also comments that it usually takes several days for a response.

They do make the CS number a little hard to find, but this is the number I've used a couple of times, over the years, with prompt assistance.

@SaveTheTurtles

Same here, I prefer live chat, you seem to get prompt immediate responses to your inquiries.

I also wish there was an email address for Amazon.   My delivery instructions are to leave all packages at my back door.   Sometimes they are not followed.  For one of my last deliveries the driver left the package at the front door but in his notes he wrote that he left it at the back door,... so he knew where he was supposed to leave it but decided to ignore my instructions.  I have a doorbell camera clearly showing him park his truck in front of my house, dropping the package off at the front and driving away,   I would love to send it to customer service.
