My OTC card I have with my Keystone 65 Advantage Plan (BC/BS) cannot be used at Amazon.  Amazon may be accepting them, but your insurance company has to have them in their system.

I have Trinity and can only use at a cvs. I shop online and get free ship. Hubs has Priority Health and can go to walmart/meijers.

I think options may change on Jan 1, with some of these programs. I would check back then.

Well, that's weird.  I have a UH Medicare Advantage plan, and our quarterly OTC drugs and whatnot are ordered through the site on my UH account. 

What we order comes directly from Amazon in a couple of days.

@Tinkrbl44 When I first used my hubby's OTC card on their website,the items were fulfilled and shipped by Walmart. Funny though,we were taxed on said items.I was told since Walmart is based in Arkansas,they charge tax on OTC items. I don't know if it was being shipped to TX or what prompted the charge.I just buy items at the pharmacies now  with no problems or tax.

@Tinkrbl44  When I order from UHMA the OTC products comes from CVS.  I've never received any from Amazon.  Maybe your plan it's allowed in your State and/or county.  In my county/city Amazon is off limits for OTC for my plan.  Not sure about other counties and/or cities in my State as there are many different types of UHA plans.
