Amazon customer service

I ordered two copies of ATK Slow-Cooker Revolution. I used super-saver shipping. The outside date for delivery was Feb. 28. Last night it still had not shipped. I called. My order had gotten "hung up" when they ran out of stock. They are have already sent my books out by Federal Express so I should get them Monday or Tuesday. ALL AT NO EXTRA COST TO ME.

That is customer service!
