@elated No idea where you're seeing that, but that's going to be for YOUR account.  My card is with Chase.  I log into Chase to pay my bills.  My CC says PRIME on the front and Chase Amazon on the back. And if I go into my account under Credit Cards under Make a Payment there's a button that says Make a payment at Chase.

@Icegoddess  You are a Prime member and I am not. You have a Prime Visa issued by Chase. I have an Amazon Store Card issued by Synchrony. That is the difference.

@elated , the title of this thread doe say Prime.

Re: Amazon Prime Deliveries...

I have Prime. An Amazon delivery was meant to arrive today and it just arrived.

I also have an Amazon Chase credit card and 5% cash back.

I've been using Amazon Prime for many years.  I really like overnight or fast deliveries.

The last few weeks my deliveries are being delayed 3 to 4 days.  Amazon notifies me, but I'm not used to this, especially paying for Prime annually.  This is also on Prime products as I watch out for that.

I live in a large city and large neighborhood, so it's not like I live out in the country.

Has anyone had this happen to them recently and know what's going on?

TIA

i too have noticed the late deliveries. i wouldn't care if i new upfront that it was going to be 3 days or so, but when promished next day i feel they should honor their word. most times it's out for delivery but never gets delivered. i guess the company is getting biggger than they can keep up with

Their service has really dropped off.  Have to decide if it's still worth being a Prime member

Re: Amazon Prime Deliveries...

Amazon is still amazing.  I'm a prime member from the beginning. The whole point was get consumer's fast delivery.  It still is for the most part.  It's hugely popular. More and more people are prime members and that does slow it down sometimes.  But for the most part, it's fast and reliable.

Re: Amazon Prime Deliveries...

I would think it depends on where you live.

I'm in a large residential apartment area of Manhattan  ... trucks are here almost every day.  Everyone I know here is an Amazon customer.

Most of my stuff comes the next day or so.  On occasion something might take a few days.
