Yes, I've had problems just recently with Amazon delivery delays, as well as some very weird "return" item issues. Received "delivery delayed" notices on a few regular items but they arrived the next day. Amazon isn't perfect and mistakes happen.
The issue on recent return made me say what the heck. I had returned 3 items all from the same order (3 printed labels via UPS). Amazon gave me an advanced refund for all 3 items, which indicates they received that return confirmation directly from UPS. They then sent me a message that one of those items hadn't been returned. They told me to return it within a certain number of days or I'd be charged. How was I to return an item that had already been returned?? I tried calling Customer Service to no avail. I just gave up.

I've had many problems with Amazon deliveries in recent weeks. It's "out for delivery; you're the next delivery"; then poof, it's undeliverable. And it's always some lame reason why. "incorrect address"; or "damaged in transit" or some other made up something. How can it be a hair away and get damaged or lost? Bezos better start looking into the decline of his company. It used to be very reliable. Not so much anymore. They don't seem to be able to practice what they preach.

Trust me, they will charge you. You may want to read their policy on litigation.
i would dispute the original charge since they said you returned it " the advanced refund. " ( If it was with their card handled by Synchrony bank. I don't have much trust. )
If it were with a card from any other bank you may be in luck. I still would report the issue to the Federal Trade Commission dot com.

Is the Call Me Svc only for Prime ?
what do you mean by " an open line " ?
@jlkz Regarding your 2 questions. Have no clue. Why would CS be different?
I do not have a cell. I only have landline phones. The rare times (maybe 2xs?) I had to use, no issues getting through to talk w/a human w/in the USofA.
Read their Support/Help/Knowledge Base page(s) Most if not all answers to questions can be found there.
"The last rep j derstood the issue and she provided me the correct email address for resolving the logistics problem."
Care to share for others who have logistic issues w/Amazon?

" Logistics " can cover many facets of operations. However, if you can thoroughly describe your issue with appropriate numbers and information, this address might get your email to the right division: amzl address info@amazon. Hyphens precede and follow address.

Just a thought, not a good idea to by-pass Customer Service because they have the ability to deal with refunds or handle credits. They may also have a better idea on to whom a logistics issue should be addressed.

I have never had a problem with Amazon deliveries thank goodness. Yesterday I ordered a much needed item at 1:45 pm. and it was delivered at 7pm. It helps that the Amazon facility is only a few miles down the road. When I know a delivery is close I am able to track the truck in my development, stop by stop. Amazon is wonderful for me, I'm in my upper 80's, no longer drive and I can find near everything on their website. Even weird things like a triangular heat register lol. Yep, In stock.

@Pink123 wrote:@Sunshine Kate is there anyway you can use instacart in your area? I find them the best as they have grown over the years. Yes they started rather clunky like an old rusty car like most start ups, uber, etcetera. But now they are on it top speed IMO. Very happy.
I'm another HAPPY Instacart customer for groceries ....everything runs so smoothly and efficiently......

I live in a large city not far from a hub either, I'm tired of choosing prime next day delivery 🚚 and I dont get the package until 3 to 4 days later... After paying for Prime Membership...and they confirmed it
One of the problems is Amazon is now being subcontracted by EBay vendors and others to be their delivery service, .....and Amazon made a 1 billion a yr deal for Thursday Night Football and an 11-year, $19.8 billion NBA media rights package. Amazon states that the delivery drivers do not work directly for Amazon, but rather for independent small-business subcontractors responsible for their own hiring and employment decisions I THINK THESE ARE SOME OF THE PROBLEMS-- NO FOCUS ON CUSTOMER DELIVERIES FOR THEIR RETAIL BUSINESS !!!
