Live Chat is another Contact Us choice besides emailing or telephoning. You also have the option of having a transcript of the conversation emailed to you - which I did. Amazon is the best!

This particular shopping network would do well to follow in the steps of Amazon. Bought from them for years and they have always been way ahead of shopping networks in putting the customer experiences at the top of their priority list.

I think it's a great idea if Amazon is offering to chat. There are some things I would like to ask and to talk about, so it's perfect for me right now.

Amazon is a very efficiently run business IMO. I've live chatted with them to get my money back after waiting a couple of weeks and being informed by the seller that they were too busy to check my return.
Had my $$$ in a matter of hours that very day that I chatted with a rep.
Kohl's, Macy & other BM stores have it, too. This is such a good communication tool.

Oh yes, I've used that feature on Amazon before. It is wonderful. Once you click to start someone almost immediately is assigned and begins chatting with you. I've used this live chat option with computer customer service before...It took almost an hour for someone to begin chatting with me. And then...they couldn't even help me, grrrr.
Love, love, love Amazon. Also....I have Prime, no charge to return ANYTHING.

Any way I've ever contacted them, Amazon has the best customer service. I've also used the tool where you punch in your phone number and it immediately calls you. I've never had to wait more than a few seconds to talk to somebody.

Isn't that tool amazing! I hit click, and phone rings. Its starting in a way, lol. You are right, always a few seconds later someone comes onto the line and begins to assist you.
Many companies can learn ALOT about Amazon customer service.
