So far  the decorations or gifts ordered from Q this year have had problems.

Customer Serivce was great and yes I received credit or replacement when

available.

My last call the representative comment " I would have not even sent it out"

What's wrong with that?

I had a social team rep tell me the same thing when I complained about the condition of an 'as is' item.

It was a pair of shoes that were returned to QVC with mud all over them and the former owner nor QVC's return dept. bothered to just wipe the mud off.

She said that should never have happened and she would send a note to the Warehouse Manager.

I appreciated her commiserating with me and that she understood the issue.

I ordered Landie's stuffed chocolate bars for gifts for my friend's caretakers in a senior center.

I ordered two boxes with nine each. They arrived smashed and broken.... I called CS, they asked if I wanted a refund or replacements.  I said replacements because I really wanted gifts. Then I held my breath.

The replacements came in two days.  They were perfect except for one bar, which was okay.  There were two perfect bars in the last order out of 18, so I had enough.

Someone needs to do better job of packing.  They were in a small box rolling round, then placed in a plastic bag.  No padding. The bars had caramel in the middle, so they were a mess and not giftable.

When I checked the reviews, this issue was front and center.  It seems like an expensive way to handle things.

I was made whole by CS, but mistakes like this make things expensive for everyone.

@shopped out

Not many problems at all.

Might be the category that is having issues. Decor was a big purchase for me in the past, zero now.

Clothes very selectively, only stick with brands I like.  Essentially I don't take too many chances any longer online unless I can return locally like Talbots.

Food ordering from the Q isn't an issue as if it's not as described or expected a refund will be sent.

@Carmie

Quite shocking isn't it that the shipping damage was pervasive and reviews reflect that.  7 out of 9 of mine were broken with stuffing coming out from many,

Curious, did they repackage better on your mostly undamaged shipment?

Last year or year before they arrived in perfect condition.  Short cuts don't always work and I agree, it's an expensive lesson for Landie's.

They appear to be so much smaller this year and toppings not as attractive, I really liked the original configuation.

Mine were all broken with caramel leaking out of 3 of them. I will eat them and life will go on. Doesn't make for very good customer satisfaction though.

@rockygems123   They were packaged the same way both times.  The first order of two boxes arrived with 16 smashed and two were fine.

In replacement order of two boxes, 17 were fine and one was broken, but not smashed.

The CS rep told me I was the only complaint she had.  The online reviews were mostly complaints.

This is the first time I ordered.  I make homemade candy, but wanted something commercial for the workers.  A lot of people will not eat homemade treats from people they don't know well.  I don't blame them.
