I have to say, I was one of those people that always ran into a class late. This has not been the case in the last year or so. Now the comment I made while my daughter and friend were around is, gee the class, (exercise) is so fulll, I think they should close the door when it starts and not let anyone come in. My friend said, you would never be able to attend class then. Now, I have made it a point to come in at least at the latest, five minutes before class. You cannot get the weights or the space if you don't. I also have been making and I thought doing a good job of not being late, a real effort. Well the both of them laughed at the joke, but I didn't think it was funny, because I have working so hard at improving and they are only around me once in awhile. In fact my daughter is always late everywhere and I didn't say anything about that.
My daughter said, let it go mom. This other person has not been much of a friend in the last couple of years and so the comment upset me.
Am I making too much of it. I will definitly ignore this person in class from now on. This is not the first time she has undermined me. What do you think?
Thanks for the answers, right or wrong in my case.
