Is anyone using Slim Fast Powdered Shakes?

I just started today....I need to loose a few inches to get into my winter slacks...well one inch would work.........it was hard finding this powder. Walmart in our area does not carry it and I like the powder because I can add Almond Milk. Years ago after my child was born I had to loose a lot of weight and I took diet pills at that time loosing some weight to jump start me then I used Slim Fast Shakes in powder form and lost 45 pounds.
