Interesting this was posted this morning.

Last night about 3:30-4:00am, I woke up, wide awake and the first thing I saw was this huge round brightly glowing moon outside my bedroom window.  It was in the Southern sky.  I am in SE NC.  (I have a shade in which I keep the top pulled down so I can see the moon and stars at night.)

I was wondering if it was a full moon, it was SO bright!!  Makes one think of all the energy zooming around the cosmos every second of every day.  Mother nature at its finest!!  I'll be sure to check it out tonight.  Quite often the moon is visible here during the daytime as well.

Thanks for posting and thank you to the poster on the other thread with the moon schedule.  I'd never heard of some of those moons.  I'll have to take another look at it.

It's a full moon and yet another Jewish High Holiday starts on the full moon.  Monday sundown. The holiday of the harvest.  Sukkat.  Jewish calendar is lunar only.
