All-day cooking events on both channels

I know there are hosts, vendors, and the crew there ... but surely that is way too much food for all of them ... hope it doesn't go to waste ...

And all those veggies they cut up with the chopper/slicer ... you can see them sliding it down into what is probably a waste bin ...
