At least it feels that way. Headed to an in-office doctor's visit.  Just did the whole hair, shave, shower and dress in white capris and a bright top plus a small bit of make-up and it feels like a special occasion. First time I've worn these clothes since last summer.

Funny how doctor's visits have become fashion events.  I've noticed the same thing.  It's the only occasion I've had to wear that new top I got in April.

@Silver Lining TY -  It went well -  my carotid artery is holding steady below the recommended surgical number -  that always makes me feel good.

The doctor was also very upbeat about the virus -  feels we can be safe if we follow scientific/medical advice regarding crowds, masks, and hand washing.  When we talked about next summer being my next check-in, he said he's very optimistic there will be a vaccine some time before that.  Caution until then.

So happy for you and for telling us how upbeat your doctor is about the future!

@millieshops

I’ve had several doctor appointments in June & July so I know exactly how you feel. It’s nice to put on something other than “around the house” clothes, fix my hair, do a bit of makeup, grab my mask, and get out of the house - even if it’s just to see my doctors.
