Maybe they were hacked, thus your info was hacked. Either way, I'd stop buying from them.

I investigated fraud for 20 years. I'm pretty skeptical of a lot of companies and just one "fraud" alert would send me running. 

I hope you cancelled both cards and got replacements.

Years ago, I would maiil a check but they now accept credit cards. Have used cc many years now. 

I place an order a couple months ago with a credit card. Immediately I was notified of possible fraud. The amount was posted correctly for the ADC purchase BUT another small amount was entered by another entity. The card was replaced as being compromised and I went through all the reggamorow associated with having to change card numbers.

I then repayed with another card and the same thing happened. 

The correct amount but with a 70c charge from some unknown company.  The system does not seem secure. 

They do business as All Day Care as well as All Day Wellness. So the charge can show up as other business names. When trying to communicate by phone , the representatives are impossible. It's like talking to a chat bot. 

I know many are ok with e-checks but this experience has given me pause of using them anymore.

@manny2 -  I didn't shame her.  I believed it was helping because she obviously didn't know how to spell what she was intending to say.  I would think a mature adult would appreciate that.  🤷‍♀️

No one needs grammar and spelling police. It might have been an simple mistake or OP just didn't know how to spell it. Either way, it doesn't matter.  

My dad had PhDs in English and History. He always said not to correct peers unless they ask, that not everyone knows every word or had the same opportunities to learn, and things vary by region and country.

As another poster suggested, use PayPal. I use PayPal whenever possible & never had an issue.

AllDayChemist does not accept PayPal. Over the years of doing business with them, I have seen them accept eChecks mostly and then later on they started accepting credit cards but then they stopped that for a while. Now they accept eChecks (bank transfer), credit/debit cards and Bitcoin. Credit cards seem to be problematic for them so they sometimes stop accepting them. I'll stick with eChecks from now on.
