It's such a pleasant experience to listen to two experts that can present all the information in a very understandable manner about the new upgraded computers.

- And we don't need to listen to the QVC hosts that don't really know anything about the new computers except to confuse the viewers.

Justin was the vendor who represented tech equipment before he was a host; so of course he would be knowledgable.  I don't know "Alex"

I've never been confused by a host and I've also have never seen a computer presented by a host without a brand expert/representative so your host-slam falls flat with me.

I've seen hosts present a computer many times without the brand rep.
