I believe that I read on his "To Gather" blog (or whatever) that he has ten years of fashion and beauty experience. And did I read somewhere else that he used to train employees of a beauty company? One can really see that he has tons of experience in public relations, that's for sure! And he doesn't talk too fast, which is a plus, IMO.

I don't watch fashion, beauty, or jewelry, and I've heard he does a lot on those shows, so when I saw him show up in more "general merchandise" type shows, I was surprised how good he did with them. It seems that the newer hosts are more specialized than some of the older ones who "do it all".

I think they needed another young guy after Johnathan left, and I liked him as well.

I think Alberti has an enthusiasm for the products and it's nice to see a newer face.
