Al Unser Sr.

The head of the famous Unser racing Family and four time winner of the Indianapolis 500, died today of liver cancer at his home in Chama, NM, at age 82.  His brother and son Bobby died earlier this year.  The family has its roots in Albuquerque, the location of the Unser Racing Museum.

As a lifelong Indy Car fan, I am sorry to hear of Al Sr's passing.  May he rest in peace.
