In the city where I live the age for being able to join the Senior Center is 50 so I would assume you be considered a senior at that point and not middle aged.

I'm 76 yrs young - and if u saw me in person - you'd never think I was "old". I'm very young minded - and my memory is "perfect". I have a 2 story house - and I run up/down at least 10 times a day. I also dislike the word "elderly".
