I can't offer any advice, but wanted to just say how sorry I am for these issues your are suffering with.  They sound really awful and painful.  When your feet are not in a good way, it impacts your whole wellbeing!  I have several issues - chronic - with my ankles and feet, so I know what it's like to have pain all the time and still try to continue with your life.  I have bunions and hammer toes and was advised years ago that I should get them operated on.  I haven't because I have had so many other ankle and foot issues and didn't want to go there.

I would say if possible, try and give it some more time, as your feet have gone through a lot of trauma.  After that, if still no better, consult your PC dr. and ask for advice there.  Maybe a second opinion would offer some new information and help.

Good luck!
