So a few years ago we started getting a cat in our yard. My dog (a chiuaua mix) woukl swiftly chase him out. But he kept coming back. I'd see him about once or twice a month to start. For half a day then he'd be gone. If I saw him around for more then a day I'd throw him some leftovers. A few months ago he started hanging around so much I started buying him cat food and he is now here full time and very friendly. A few weeks ago I discovered some cat had kittens under my porch. I have no idea where she came from. When I first discovered them they looked to be about 6 weeks old. How could I not feed them? They looked like they were here to stay. I grew up with cats so I'm comfortable around them. These kittens and their mother are still very wild even though I've been feeding them every day. Anyway, I've had my dog for 13 years and he's lived in this house for 10 years and this is his home. So I can not have cats. The porch cat has actually gotten so brave it has taken a swat at my dog. Unexceptable. Anyone have any idea on how to get rid of these cats?
