Alice Mod.  Need address for Q to return package cannot print out return label all our lines down - monsoon/lightning strike.

Just realized I should be on Q Talk sorry - I posted on there earlier.  All labels for other parcels just say Smartlabel Returns but need address to return with hand written label.

This is what happens when 3 items in one box - one returned earlier label and return slip used then - now cannot use printer.
