Re: According to Jimmy Fallon last night....

I watched her on the show Thursday night. She didn't play the victim and actually gave kudos to Carson for launching her career when she appeared on his show. BUT her jokes about her v jay jay were absolutely gross.

Weird show....weird jokes. She certainly didn't talk about her v jay jay when we saw her live at the Venetian.

Ewww! She is so not funny. As the wonderful Violet Crawley (Maggie Smith) said on Downton Abbey, "vulgarity is no substitute for wit."

I went and watched it -- like watching a train wreck. I'd like to see her on Comedians in Cars getting Coffee with Jerry Seinfeld.

Can you imagine how embarrassed her grandson was to watch and all of his friends?? Wow!

I watched, too, and I think Fallon went to great lengths to keep her from letting loose on Johnny by bringing out that photo; I give both of them credit for keeping it civil, because Joan has been vicious, even as recently as last year, in her animosity towards Carson.

As for her couch talk, lol I wasn't surprised. That is her schtick.

Re: According to Jimmy Fallon last night....

I came across a segment on one of the TV entertainment shows, and they covered Joan's "return" to the Tonight Show. Unfortunately, there, she couldn't resist yet another attack on Carson, and called him a liar, blaming him for not only her absence from the show but also for what she considered to be lost opportunities for other shows.
